Processes and validates invoices ensuring proper authorization and matching
Handles queries, reconciles accounts, and proposes solutions to problems with vendors' accounts
Responsible for the monthly AP closing activities (e.g. accruals, cut-off incident checking, AP SL aging, and review)
Assists in the audit requirements/schedules
Identifies significant recurring A/P issues and coordinates with cross-functional team for resolution
Responsible for company initiated or corporate requested A/P clean-up project
To assist in other AP related tasks, activities, and projects
To support the entities which AP shared service team handles
8+ years of experience in handling financial statements and bookkeeping, AP and AR
Proficient in bookkeeping, can prepare the financial statements, payroll accounting and well-rounded in statutory benefits and reporting.
Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy
May assist or be responsible with the payroll, reports and remittances to SSS, HDMF, Philhealth
Must have initiative, good teamwork, and leaderships skills if needed
