MORTGAGE BROKER ASSISTANT - CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
 
Purpose of Role:
 
To assist the broker with the completion of the clients experience from lead to post settlement.

MYCRM software for Loan Market Group
Lender Knowledge
Experience:
 
Attributes
Financial services industry is preferred
Prior experience in an administration, customer service and/or personal assistant role/s would be highly regarded
Computer experience with GSuite & Microsoft windows.
Demonstrates respect and integrity in dealing with others
Shows resilience in resolving challenges and maintains composure
Able to take clear direction and carry out tasks to completion
High level of personal organisation & able to multitask
Results focused
Flexible and open minded
A strong sense of urgency
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Pre lodgment of loan application
To ensure quality CRM Data to maximise effectiveness of marketing initiative
Sending off Hello Packs to clients
Lodgment of loan application
Analysing the documents and packaging the loan for the client.
Pick up a new loan application post lead/ OFF
Obtain and request information required
Understand lender policy attached to the product chosen for the client
Build brokers notes and or a cover letter for MyCRM and notes for lender
Wait for broker to input saved calculations and loan product information into system
Generate Game Plan
Send to Client for reviewing and signing
Lodgment through AOL to settlement
Submission of loan application through AOL
Send the lender form to the client to be signed
Send the lender the signed lender form and supporting documents required
Liaise with lenders, clients and conveyancers to ensure that settlements occur smoothly
Escalate applications as required to ensure you meet the settlement date
Compliance
Quality checking the file for submission
To review and where necessary adjust the loan submission to ensure the application meets lender requirements and submission quality is at the highest possible standards
Understanding the lender checklist requirements for loan submission
Customer Service
Ensure you are delivering exceptional customer service when engaging with clients & other stakeholders in the loan application process. This communication will occur daily.
Business Development
Provide administrative support as and where required
Follow industry regulations set by ASIC
