Role and Responsibilities
Ensure 100% Retail Readiness for new product launches and promotions
deploy POPs and display units OTIF
coordinate with Sales team for accounts that need further alignment
Lead strategy and action planning that will drive sellout
propose strategic and efficient utilization of Retail investments to ensure dominant visibility in the area
initiate innovative activation to attract local market and drive purchase
drive seamless integration of Sales team and Field Force towards flawless execution
Ensure quality of Field Force personnel
create standards, guidelines and monitoring methods to ensure quality workforce
conduct regular trade checks, work with's and business reviews
Skills and Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail operations management, preferably in the consumer goods/ mobile or consumer electronics industry
Proven track record in optimizing retail operations, including field force performance management, store management, visual merchandising
Proficiency in analyzing sales data, market trends, and key performance indicators to drive strategic decision-making
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Adaptable and flexible with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
