QUALIFICATIONS:
a. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/ College degree holder in Electrical, IT, Electronics or Computer Engineering or other equivalent.
b. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
c. Knowledge on Windows XP/Vista/Server environment
d. Knowledge on hardware & software trouble shooting.
· Ensure that all problems regarding company system ( OAIS and POS) be properly logged and acted upon. Such as adjustment and corrections of ( Void, Reverse, MI/MR and etc.)
· Writes, debugs, and documents all internal customer concerns (Stores, Accounting and Audit)
· Coordinate with users on problems/questions encountered during OASIS and POS breakdown.
· System back up, extraction and consolidation of data ( Daily, Weekly and Monthly)
· Provides immediate support to internal customers
· Responsible of MIS daily routine checking and monitoring ( OASIS system)
· Secure records and organizes confidential documents specifically OASIS system.
· Perform other duties and responsibilities that may direct.
· Maybe assigned other related task by your superior.
