Job Summary:
Duties include maintenance of computer networks, hardware, software and other systems. Will be a part of a systems engineering team in charge of designing and developing network architectures that meet the business objectives and goals. Responsible for monitoring of MIS- Infrastructure: Server; network, System and Tier 3 level- technical support.
Job responsibilities:
· Responsible in installation and configuration/set up.
· Monitoring of servers activities
· Schedules PMS and unplanned downtime troubleshooting.
· Monitoring of LAN/WAN/VPN/Internet activities.
· Responsible in providing technical/system support; SAP-Forms/reports development and support.
· Provide TIER2 technical support.
· Install/Update/reconfigure/troubleshoot OS/Office application
· Supervise/Overseer of daily activities of the MIS-Staff
· Recommend regarding procurement of IT devices
· CCTv-server/cctv camers/back up- technical admin/support.
· Other IT matters that may assigned by the superior.
Job qualifications:
· Graduate of BS Computer Science or any IT related computer course
· At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience
· Knowledgeable in Microsoft Server 2003-2016, Linux/Opensource OS
· Experience in network topology/framework/concept; Configuration and setup
· Knows basic database management, tier 2 level and software installation.
· Analytical and problem solving skills.
· Good communication skills
· Willing to work in Sauyo, Novaliches QC
