MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
The primary responsibility of the Mid Mobile Developer is the translation of the UX/UI design
wireframes to technical implementations that will produce the visual elements of a Mobile
application. The Mid Mobile Developer will also assume responsibility of writing the front-end
logic, UI validations and mobile/device-based functionalities.
He/she must have at least 2 years Mobile Development experience and a proven track record for
creating mobile applications in any of the following: Native iOS, Native Android or Cross platform.
He/she should have prior involvement in mobile application development projects published in
Google Play and Apple App Store.
TASKS:
Develop, integrate, test, build, deploy and coordinate the conversion and/or integration of
existing and new user-facing Mobile application based on requirements.
Troubleshoot and debug mobile application issues.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to improve usability
Work with back-end developers to create Mobile Applications and call APIs.
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
Apply mobile secure coding practices in applications developed.
Perform other duties as assigned by the company
QUALIFICATIONS | COMPETENCIES:
At least 2+ years of experience in Mobile Application Development
For iOS Developer, below are the skills we are looking for:
○ iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics and Core Text
○ XCode, Swift, Objective C and Cocoa Touch
For Android Developer, below are the skills we are looking for:
○ Android SDK and Android Studio
○ Java or Kotlin
○ XML
○ Preferred but not required: Understanding of Material Design Principles
For Cross-platform Skills: Xamarin, .NET, C#.
Intermediate understanding of API design and implementation experience in using
RESTful Services/APIs
Other Preferred skills: Knowledge of Front-End Frameworks, React.js, Vue.js, React
Native, HTML, JSON, JavaScript, CSS and jQuery.
Self-starter, disciplined, responsible, influential, versatile and a good collaborator.
Critical thinker and Problem-solver.
