Chimera Enterprises International is seeking a Mid-Level Acquisition Analyst to support the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA).
Job Description:
Overview
Reviews projects to determine timelines, cost limitations, procedures needed, technician requirements and resources necessary.
Implements the work plan and assigns duties.
Provides project reports for management.
Typical Functions
Communicates with management regarding progress, staff and any issues.
Develops, tracks and maintains detailed functional timelines and budgets.
May interview and train employees.
Job Duties:
Prepare updates to the rapid acquisition process in response to changes in organizational structure and mission, operational and emerging needs, constraints due to regulations and funding availability, and other changes linked to RD and external processes.
Participate and coordinate in process adoption activities including, but not limited to, the preparation ion of road shows, brown bag presentations, desk-side training, and communications and other change management materials.
Assist in drafting ISS/ASR meeting minutes with actions required.
Assist with obtaining signatures on ISS/ASR packages from project officers, program managers and contracting officials.
Requirements:
Education (Degree)/Experience: Bachelor's degree with 5-9 years of experience; or Associate degree with 8-19 years of experience
Clearance: Active Secret, TS/SCI Eligible
