THE ROLE
The Mid-level Accounts Receivable Assistant will work closely with the accounts receivable team to ensure timely and accurate generation, processing, and record-keeping of invoices. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills to effectively handle various tasks related to accounts receivable.
SCHEDULE: 9 AM - 6 PM Pacific Daylight Time (12 AM - 9 AM Philippine Local Time), follows Philippine holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time
WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices to customers
· Work closely with the accounts receivable team in support of their daily needs
· Handle record-keeping and pay attention to detail
· Interact with customers and internal teams professionally
· Handle financial data and calculations accurately
· Perform data management and analysis
· Identify and resolve discrepancies in records
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
· Prior experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or a similar financial role is preferred but not required
· Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
· Knowledge of accounting and familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Teams
· Strong numerical and analytical skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines effectively
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
· Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
· Ability to function in an autonomous environment-independent worker, self-directed
