Job Overview:
You will act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain overall health and administration of Windows, Citrix, and VMWare environment and Infrastructures including but not limited to:
Attend to incident, request, change order, and problem tickets using the agreed SLA.
On-Call Support during weekdays and weekends.
Perform Hyper-V administration.
Perform regular maintenance of windows servers, i.e. disk clean up and server reboots.
Job Specifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant fields.
Good knowledge of Hyper-V, Windows operating systems, Citrix applications, and VMWare system.
