As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project goals are met, providing guidance to your team members, and engaging in problem-solving activities to enhance application performance and user experience. You will also be responsible for making key decisions that impact the project and the team, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the development process.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project alignment and clarity.

- Continuously assess and improve team processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with ASP.NET MVC.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and practices.
- Experience in application lifecycle management and continuous integration/continuous deployment methodologies.
- Proficient in scripting and automation to streamline processes.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
