As the M&A manager or assistant manager, you will report directly to the management and take ownership on strategic M&A planning, execution, and post-M&A management.
Duties and Responsibilities
You will be the key person to evaluate external growth opportunities and potential targets for the Group with a in-depth understanding of the industry and country markets in the region.
Conduct out project analysis and propose transaction structure.
Support the M&A transactions from the initial phase to field visit and to the closing of the transaction.
Lead/participant in the negotiations with the targets and partners and closely coordinate for the post transaction integration.
Coordinating with technical experts both internally and externally (bankers, audit firms, legal departments, HR and others).
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business or management from top tier schools.
4-7 years of solid M&A deal working experiences in SEA with proven track record.
Full investment cycle and/or operational finance experience preferred.
Fluency in English is required and fluency in an Asian language will be a plus.
Willing to travel cross South East Asia countries.
