MEPF EngineerRCII

1. Responsible for managing all components of a construction project related to the mechanical, electrical and plumbing, or MEPF, elements of the construction sites;
2. Helps develop a budget that outlines the costs related to the projects elements within the scope that includes estimates of the cost of labor, and materials;
3. Helps prepare all technical documents necessary for the project's completion, including blueprints, environmental impact statements and other forms that must be submitted to contractors and government agencies;
4. Assists in the development of standards, workflows, processes, procedures, and guidelines for efficient working methods within project teams;
5. Ensures standards and requirements are met through conducting quality reviews;
6. Analyze risks and opportunities of the project and activities;
7. Maintain relationships between architects, engineers, clients, and MEPF trade partners to resolve complex MEPF issues and ensure a successful project;
8. Ensure project estimates are accurate and the project scope is executable within the budget;
9. Communicates project updates to engineering team and management;
10. Monitors project budgets and schedule and oversee performance to ensure on time, quality and on budget project execution;
11. Ensures all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with Conditions of Contract, Particular Specifications, General Specifications, Contract Drawings & BOQ;
12. Prepare program master schedule and performs critical path analysis;
13. Perform duties of common position and other duties as maybe assigned;
Graduate of BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and Must have active PRC License
With at least 3 years experience in interior fit-out and structural construction
Excellent in Communication and Planning and Organizational Skills
Knowledgeable in MEPF works and familiarity with the design standard codes; Lux reading, Megger testing and CFM reading.
Knowledgeable in CAD and MS Office applications
