Collaborate with several operational teams, to ensure respondent concerns and negative experiences are addressed and receive an appropriate solution;
Follow established procedures and maintain timeliness and performance metrics of the team;
Support specific initiatives aligned with the Respondent Support strategic plan for response effectiveness and overall positive panelist experience;
Suggest / Formulate effective solutions that will streamline processes, improve overall panelist experience, and increase our online reputation;
Participate in the creation and implementation of respondent support procedures and strictly follow these procedures once in place;
Monitor panel member satisfaction and attrition trends, and proactively address potential issues;
Assist with panel testing, reporting and improvement initiatives;
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of various team metrics.
