The Product Manager will be responsible for marketing plans and activities required for BD Medical Segment - Vascular Access Device (VAD), Medication Delivery (MD) and Vascular Preparation. The incumbent will be responsible for the execution of all marketing related initiatives for the assigned platforms/portfolio.

Job Responsibilities:
Support Marketing Leader in developing overall marketing strategy for Medical Segment
Create annual marketing plans for managed portfolio
Formulate and implement marketing tactical programs to drive in-market sales growth
Build strong market database on trends and competition
Support Marketing Leader in developing budgets on an annual basis.
Work closely with Marketing Leader to develop strategy and initiatives to help generate in-market turnover.
Work closely with the Strategic Account Leaders and National Sales Leaders to ensure implementation of marketing initiatives in the field.
Work closely and regularly with other support functions to enhance understanding of the business, drive commercial excellence and to develop relations with KOLs.
Formulate and execute below-the-line and tactical marketing activities that will have a relevant impact on overall Medical IMS
Prepare and be responsible for the spending of marketing budget for managed portfolio
Implement applicable global or regional marketing programs in country level.
Develop marketing and education partnership program with professional healthcare providers, professional healthcare associations, and other relevant organizations
Other Responsibilities
Identify, build and execute communication needed for distributors, patients, endorsers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL).
Establish a KOL / Network pool of individuals / interest groups who will partner with BD to drive forward adoption of Health Care Worker and Patient Safety products
Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and other guidelines with respect to existing and new products
Monitor pricing and ensure discounts are in line with pricing/promotion guidelines.
Provide/arrange for regular training of Clinical Specialists on Best Practices.
Gathering Market/Competitive/Government
Work with Regional Distributors in the overall commercial execution of the platforms assigned (forecast, product training, etc)
