Job description
A Medical Sales Representative daily duties focus primarily on getting an appointment from inquiring customers. The duties and responsibilities of a Telemarketer are:
It is delivering scripted talks that describe the company's products or services.
Explaining the process flow of the scheduled appointment, functions, and benefits of products and services of the company.
Answering customer information about products or services.
Booking an appointment for the existing and new prospects.
Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who want to be contacted in the future.
Following up on previous customers for potential sales and setting an appointment.
Maintaining records and activities of the customers.
Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers.
§ Good Communication skills
§ Experience in customer service
§ Experience in telemarketing or as Virtual Assistant/appointment setter is required
§ Good phone ethics
§ Experience in BPO is an advantage
