The Role
Lead the development, execution, tracking and monitoring of medical plan and launch strategies aligned with the brand strategy and global mandates in collaboration with cross-functional team.
Contribute medical expertise and customer insights to the Brand Strategy.
Develop peer-to-peer relationships to execute the Affiliate's product strategies that uphold high ethical standards and comply with Roche SOP and local/international regulations.
Develop a customer-centric culture, making sure promotional/medical/scientific communications address HCP needs and optimize patient benefit and safety while keeping a fair balance and compliance with regulations and SOPs.
Provide medical/scientific support and training for internal staff and vendors.
Coordinate with local vendor manager on brand specific ongoing and planned clinical trials and assist in replying to inquiries regarding these.
Harmonize all engagement activities for Therapeutic Area Experts (TAEs) across the Affiliate.
Act as a deputy or back-up, and/or resource person, for Medical & Regulatory Affairs and in project teams where the Medical Director assigns.
Demonstrate the Roche values of Integrity, Courage and Passion while carrying out job responsibilities and accountabilities.
Ensure compliance with, relevant regulations, safety and quality principles. Apply the highest standards of ethics, quality and compliance in order to protect patient safety and welfare, incl. Good Clinical Practice, Good Pharmacovigilance Practice, Health Care Compliance, Quality Management Systems, the Roche Code of Conduct and other guidance documents.

Doctor of Medicine
Experienced in development and implementation of clinical trials
Experienced in data analysis, clinical relevance
Experienced in writing clinical publications and delivery of scientific presentations
Experienced in disease area strategy and portfolio alignment
Well versed in presenting clinical study results
