We are one of the largest insurance brokers in the UAE and looking to hire an Operations Executive - Medical Claims for a home-based position to start immediately.
In order to qualify for the role, you should be available as per the working hours and interested in a long-term committed project.
Duties and responsibilities:
Review claim submissions, obtain and verify information, correspond with insurance company and beneficiaries to ensure that claim payment has been settled
Recording and maintaining insurance claims information
Maintaining quality customer services. Respond to customer (after sales service) inquiries
Determining policy coverage. Handling claim approval escalations
Examining and resolving medical approval claims
Work Remotely: Yes
Hours: 51.5 hours per week
Working Hours: 8:00 am to 5:30 pm GST Sundays to Thursdays and 9:00 am to 1:00 pm GST on Saturdays.
Required Skills and Experience:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree - Bachelor of Science, Diploma in Health sciences, preferably Nursing graduate
Ideal candidates should have prior customer service and administrative experience Working knowledge of the insurance industry is an advantage
Confident in providing prompt and consistent administrative service support
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong MS Office skills and aptitude in working in multiple platforms
Excellent critical thinking. Strong attention to detail and keen sense of accuracy
Ability to learn and adapt quickly, and thrive in a high-pressure environment
Ability to work on own initiative as well as being a team player
Patient, empathetic, adaptable and flexible
