Research and identify appropriate contacts for submitting item requests needed for Medicaid applications
Send requests for required documentation to various institutions
Make outbound follow-up calls to institutions regarding pending requests
Review financial statements to identify additional income information needed for residents
Save and organize documents in each resident's designated folder
Provide daily assistance to Medicaid Case Managers
Complete Medicaid application forms
Requirements:
6 months - 1 year BPO experience in a US Healthcare account
Good working knowledge with medical billing
Familiar with US Healthcare Insurance (Medicare, Medicaid)
Excellent verbal & written English skills
Ability to display empathy and patience in addressing customer concerns
Strong problem-solving skills
Adaptability to a changing work environment
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Proficiency in using computer systems & relevant software
Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong
Amenable working night shift
