JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for analyzing and proposing effective solutions for quality-control issues in their organization. Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, finished goods, or stability samples. To ensure that all tests are performed according to established item specifications, standard test methods, or protocols.
Daily
Checking of label stickers of finished product.
Encode stock transfer slip (sts).
Inspection of outgoing products.
Validate test results to affirm the approval or disapproval of raw and pacakging materials, compounded bulk, and finished products which are pre-checked by the QC analyst as per the established specifications of quality products.
Periodically (Weekly, Monthly, Annually)
Compilation of Worksheet form and
Certificate of Analysis (COA).
Inventory
Update job knowledge by participating in educational oppurtunities, maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Occasionally ( Audit, Emergency, Etc)
Inspect the raw materials.
Spearheads preparation of the plant's readiness and compliance during renewal and routine inpections by FDA, PDEA and DDB.
