This role is centred around the Automation, specifically Autonomous Mobile Robots and processes around Warehouse Management based solutions. Other Key elements of the job include conference calls, site visits, presentations, technical evaluations and consultancy on customer related issues.
Assisting AMR PM with the day to day project requirements AMR Projects pertaining to: Infrastructure Systems Planning and works coordination with internal/external resources.
Providing Infrastructure design support by ensuring solution components pertaining to: Servers, Networks and WLAN are designed in accordance with AMR Vendor requirements whilst still compliant with Clients IT Policies
Provide AMR Robotics Implementation Support during projects.
- Obtaining configuration details are obtained from Clients/AMR Vendors.
- Assist in unpacking up Robotic Equipment
- Installing/Configuring Robotics Equipment (Robots, Chargers, Servers/Workstations, Racks)
- Commissioning Infrastructure Components of the Robotics Solution (Robots, Chargers, Servers/Workstations, PLC)
- Providing Go live support pertaining to Infrastructure Components of the Robotics Solution (Robots, Chargers, Servers/Workstations, Racks
Strong Knowledge on IT Infrastructure
- Proficient with AutoCad
- Windows Server 2016
- Strong understanding on Virtualisation
Technologies and Concepts
- Good Networking Knowledge LAN/WLAN and understanding of VLAN concepts
- Ability to read and understand Networking
Designs and diagrams
- Good understanding of Electrical wiring diagrams
- Experienced in dismantling and replacing DC components
- PLC Programming
- Knowledge of Linux OS
- Knowledge of IOT devices and concepts
- Good Understanding of JSON REST
