JOB SUMMARY: Keep the machines under their control functioning at optimal efficiency.
Performs any or all of the following tasks (in-house or field work):
Repair and Maintenance Work
Machine setting-up
Machine Installation
Commissioning
Training of Operator
Document each step of the maintenance standard operating procedure
Troubleshoot faulty machineries - run them machine and observe keenly for anything unusual
Perform mechanical repair - repairs faulty equipment
Document Maintenance and repairs in daily log - document each maintenance and repair made and parts replace / used,
Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering
Must have training certification related to the field
Experience with the tools of service such as diagnostic procedures, technical support and reliability improvement
Required Skills / Abilities:
Proven field service Experience
Ability to troubleshoot, test repair and service technical equipment
Analytical skills; applies accurate logic in solving problems
Highly organized, systematic, result oriented and has a keen detail.
