Job Description
Supports project execution * Assist in Mechanical Design layout
Guides and recommends new solutions for machine installations
Site monitoring and inspection of installation works
Ensures that building rules and regulations, safety and uninterrupted service to the building and its tenants are complied with at its best
Ensure that permits and licenses related to the operation of the building/facilities and its appurtenant equipment are secured and complied on time
Create drawings (as required)
Prepares As-Built Plans
Conducts regular routine inspection of project
Coordinates and monitors clients regarding Change Orders
Assist in reporting, costing and scheduling of manpower
Job Qualification
Must be a graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree with Professional License (Passed the Professional License Exam) in Mechanical Engineering
At least 3-5 years working experience in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with building plant construction is an advantage
Residing within Muntinlupa area or nearby cities like Cavite or Laguna
Must be willing to be assigned in our main office in Alabang, Muntinlupa City or deployment at our sites in Laguna
Driving profeciency is an advantage
Willing to adapt Flexible Working Arrangement (FWA) due to COVID-19 pandemic issues
