Mechanical Engineer
Job Descripon:
Primarily responsible for planning and design in the area of mechanical and other trades.
Develop policies, standards and inspections procedures and evaluation tools for MEPF matters.
Engineering design and estimation of fit-out construction for Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire Protection.
Can do negotiation with different clients and can-do swift transaction regardless of location.
Understands business operations and office fit-out procedures.
Strongly inclined in establishing and maintaining customer and customer service.
Prepare designs and estimate.
Do assigned task by superiors from me to me.
Qualifications:
Graduate/bachelor's degree in mechanical Engineer.
At-least 5 years of relative experience in construction of office fit-out and renovation or related
equivalent.
Licensed Mechanical Engineer.
Good teamwork and inter-personal skills
Can work under minimal supervision.
Knowledgeable to use MS Teams, Cisco Webex, and other mean of communication.
Good English communication skills and can coordinate effectively.
