RESPONSIBILITIES:
Basic and detail design of Aqua Plants (Water purification, Wastewater treatment, Sludge Incineration, Biomass processing)
3D plant modeling of the entire project consisting of equipment, piping, supports, structure, etc.
Pipe route planning, piping support planning, design calculation, etc.
Preparation of 2D drawings such as general arrangement, piping isometric, support fabrication, foundation drawings, etc.
Preparation of material take-off, other documentation, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of BS in Mechanical Engineering; PRC Licensed Mechanical Engineer.
1 to 3 years' working experience in plant and piping design is an advantage; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience in the operation of 3D plant design software AVEVA E3D, PDMS or AutoCAD Plant3D is an advantage.
Experience in production of deliverables such as general arrangement, piping isometric, support fabrication, and material take-off is an advantage.
Proficient in AutoCAD 2D/3D, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office operation.
Familiar in piping material specifications and design standards such as JIS, JWWA, ASME, ISO.
Displays strong communication and interpersonal skills and can work in a fast-paced team environment.
Has good English level - written and spoken; and is willing to learn the Japanese language to have better communication with Japanese counterparts.
