JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assist to plan, oversee and direct mechanical projects and appurtenances for construction.
Monitor project progress.
Review and study project documents including estimates, design drawings, specification, and contracts.
Complete and manage all RFI's, change orders, submittals, and etc.
Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
Facilitate technical decisions in-line with project needs
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, licensed
Construction background with at least moderate experience on vertical developments (mid-high rise buildings)
In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
Must be familiar with regulations pertaining to design and construction (Building codes, Fire codes)
Must be familiar in construction materials both traditional and new innovations, specifications and acquisition
Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
Must be willing to be assigned in Binan, Laguna
Familiarity with construction / project management softwares
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
A team player with leadership skills
