Responsibilities
1. To perform duct sizing, pipe sizing, plant sizing and tank sizing
2. Heat load calculations, water demand, hydraulic calculations, etc.
3. Designing heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, plumbing and fire protection
4. Drafting mechanical services in Autocad and/or Revit MEP
5. Producing "permit plans" and "for construction drawings"
6. Coordinate with other trades for potential interference and propose solution

Position Summary and Qualification:
The Mechanical Design Draftsman is responsible for designing and drafting mechanical, plumbing and fire protection systems required in the project. Mechanical System Design includes mechanical ventilation system including fresh air system, general exhaust, car parking ventilation, toilet, laundry, utility and kitchen exhaust, air conditioning system (i.e. window, split, etc), fuel oil system, fuel storage tank capacity and other mechanical system as maybe required in the project.
Has 3 years and above work experience as Mechanical Draftsman or related in Real Estate Industry
Has Bachelor's/ College Degree
Ability to design and draft in Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems in the project
Ability to communicate well and professionally in both oral and written English
Excellent attention to details skill
Highly organized and can work under pressure
Can work well independently and with team
