Job duties include: . Review and follow project Scope of Services, Scope of Facilities, and other project baseline documents to meet project requirements and goals . Review and apply project design criteria based on applicable local codes and client standards . Prepare design calculations, specifications, and engineering drawings and ensure that they address all relevant project and regulatory requirements . Participate in activities associated with equipment and material procurement, inspection, testing, acceptance, installation, and commissioning . The salary range for this position is between $54,500 - $92,500. Basic Job Requirements . Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in engineering field of study and one (1) year of work-related experience a recognized professional certification or registration in the applicable field, if required some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements . Mechanical or Architectural Engineering degree with relevant HVAC, utilities, or plumbing system experience Preferred Qualifications . Engineer-in-Training achievement status accomplished . Ability to utilize AutoCAD to produce 2D diagrammatic drawings and sketches . Ability to utilize Revit to produce 3D HVAC models . Ability to utilize Plant 3D and/or Revit to produce 3D plumbing models . Practical field experience related to the installation, start-up, and commissioning of HVAC, utilities, or plumbing systems To be Considered Candidates: Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.
