DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure a high standard of quality workmanship on site
Ensure total Gencons/Subcons/Labor Contractor Management & Human Resource Management on site
Contract improvement actions
Safeguard and promote Company's interests when dealing with subcontractors and suppliers
Ensure contract program deadlines are met and exceeded where possible
Materials and storage management
Site Administration
Contractual Management and Cost Control
Detailed resume with at least three (3) character references and a recent 2x2 photo
Photocopy of Transcript of Records and other credentials
Photocopy of PRC License
SALARY: 30-35K
