Main Job Purpose
Provide support to the Supply Planners for Skin, Oral and Deos on ensuring Category KPIs are met and ensuring supply continuity for local planning
Main Responsibilities
Material Planning
Run of MRP (material requirement planning) of raw materials
Place PO with suppliers and ensure OTIF availability of RMs to the factories
Coordination with supplier/procurement on material availability
KPI monitoring and reporting
Launch preparation / run down of all materials in terms of innovations/promotions to ensure limited business waste and on time availability of new materials
Work with suppliers, traders on the performance of suppliers on quality and reliability
Lead MRP digitization initiatives on cMRP and automated LTP
Refresh RPM Norms via IPM and Aera and monitor demonstrated lead times
Skills & Qualifications
2-3 years relevant experience in supply chain preferably in planning
Experience on SAP ERP, APO
Commercial acumen
Cross functional business process knowledge
People management
Customer Service, Planning experience
