Ericsson Philippines - Global Shared Services Inc is growing! We are looking for a Master Data Management Analyst to handle data to enable the business to efficiently and effectively operate and improve end to end flows and functional processes. By executing its responsibilities, the analyst ensures that master data quality meets the expectations from partners.
In this role you will
Maintain master data in Human Resource Manage System and Success Factors Employee Central
Provide master data expertise.
Measure, control and improve end to end Ways-of-Working.
As our ideal candidate, you will have:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology management or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 year/s experience in Master Data Management or equivalent.
Expertise Master Data Maintenance in Human Resource Manage System and other SAP system is an advantage
Success Factors Employee Central administration and import process.
