JOB DESCRIPTION:
The position is within our Master Data, Global Business Services located at Taguig City, Metro Manila at Alere Philippines Incorporated. This role will work with the Master Data Team in Orlando and Galway in the resolution of any Master Data issues in line with defined data standards.
This job description will be reviewed periodically and is subject to change by management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Have an expertise on all main master data functions: Customer, Pricing, Vendor, or Material
Assume ownership and responsibility for data accuracy of all Master Data set ups and changes by performing relevant data quality checks, audits and reviews
Support the team's Subject Matter Expert with escalation/s for customer/stakeholder related queries and concerns in order to resolve issues in a timely manner therefore providing exceptional service
Identifies issues that need to be escalated appropriately and offers suggestions for resolution
Train new agents while maintaining current duties and responsibilities
Skilled in working on complex assignments or projects (i.e. planning scope, agreeing on timelines/deliverables, delivering tasks on or before set deadline)
Assists in the delegation of tasks and proposes streamlined workload assignments
Influences, oversees and provides guidance on internal workflows, SOPs, Work Instructions
Acts as back up to the team's Subject Matter Expert for procedural updates, changes and/or new process roll-out
Documents process or action steps identified through actual work, process gaps, calibration and/or floor support
Writes or updates relevant work instructions, standard operating procedures, forms, work flows and other form of documentation
Responsible for the management and publication of the various reports needed by the department
Perform data quality checks on a regular basis; device data quality methods to ensure accurate master data
Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives; influences implementation of process improvement activities
Performs relevant User Acceptance and Regression Testing in SAP, CRM and other applications relevant to daily work activities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION:
Must be proficient in MS Office and has useful knowledge in MS Access, making Databases
Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines
Must have strong attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills
Must have excellent interpersonal skills
Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess at least a College/Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of SAP, ERP applications and MSD, CRM applications, is a plus
