Handle all incoming phone calls with courtesy and professionalism.
Answer inbound customer calls and effectively respond to customer inquiries.
Ensure the resolution of client concerns/inquiries, whenever possible.
Minimum of 6 months BPO experience.
Preferably in a Telco and/or Sales account but not required.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Willing to work on-site and travel to/from Upper McKinley Hill, Taguig City. Willing to work on a shifting/weekends/holidays/graveyard shift
