About the Role:
 
We are urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our Davao team! This is a great opportunity for individuals with good communication skills who want to start or grow their career in the BPO industry.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound/outbound calls, chats, or emails from customers
Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries
Document and update customer records in the system
Handle concerns with professionalism and empathy
Deliver quality service while meeting performance standards
Qualifications:
At least HS/SHS graduate or college level/graduate (any course)
Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
Computer literate with basic navigation skills
Willing to work onsite in Davao City on shifting schedules
BPO/CSR experience is an advantage but not required - fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
