MARKETPLACE ACCOUNT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
 
Job Overview:
 
We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Marketplace Account Support Specialist with strong Amazon experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy solving problems, managing multiple tasks, and working behind the scenes to keep e-commerce operations running smoothly, this role is for you.
 
You'll work directly with marketplace operations, performance reporting, listings, and account health-making a real impact on brand growth.
 
Job Responsibilities:
Manage weekly and monthly performance reports to track marketplace growth
Maintain listings, troubleshoot errors, and ensure catalog accuracy
Handle cases related to account health, inventory, and content
Write POAs and appeals when needed
Manage A-Z claims, feedback, returns, and chargebacks
Upload enhanced content, storefront updates, and brand assets
Support promotions and marketplace campaigns
Keep systems organized and tasks on track
Qualifications:
At least 2 years Amazon account management experience (required)
Experience with listings, bulk uploads, and case management
Familiar with inventory + shipping workflows
Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, Asana, Slack, Dropbox, Gmail
Able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills
