Job Summary:
The position is responsible for performing marketing support services tasks to support the team's activities in the execution of marketing and promotional strategies for various brands in specific channels.
Events Management:
Provides the logistical support in the execution of the brand-building activities that will support sales efforts of the Sales and Marketing group.
Handles the preparation of marketing paraphernalia needed for marketing and promotional events for specific brands/products.
Coordinates with concerned internal and external parties regarding ingress to egress activities.
Prepares budget/funds documentation needed for events.
Prepares liquidation reports of expenses and submits to the Marketing Support Officer for validation.
Inventory Management
Handles the tracking of inventory of all promotional materials and ensures that these are constantly refreshed, replenished, and moving within agreed levels.
Prepares documents to pull-out stocks from Supply Chain group.
Updates inventory database for marketing materials and supplies.
Prepares documents for the replenishment of materials.
Coordinates with third party suppliers for technical specifications in the production of marketing; Assists Supply Chain in sourcing for third party suppliers for marketing requirements, as instructed by the Marketing Support Officer.
Administrative Support:
Performs administrative tasks to support the Marketing Support team.
Assists in gathering data needed for reports.
Handles the routing, sending and receiving of documents and materials for the team.
Assists in the sourcing of possible suppliers for corporate giveaways and other marketing requirements.
Handles the logistics and coordination for the release of corporate giveaways and other items as instructed by the Marketing Services Officer.
Other Functions
All other related duties as assigned
Primary Qualifications
Graduate of Marketing, Management or any business-related degree
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
At least 1-2 years experience in the same function
Knowledge in Sales and Marketing processes and activities
Awareness with requisition and inventory process
Above average communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Average numerical skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Interpersonal relations skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
