JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events.
Answering queries, phone calls of customers.
Create goals and objectives to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels.
Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers through prospecting, networking, email marketing, cold calling, etc.
Conduct market research to identify customer trends and competitor offerings.
Gather information about the competition, consumer demographics, pricing, distributions, and other relevant information that would help a company know its position on the market.
Creating marketing materials for our website and other marketing platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram etc.,
Responsible for planning, creating, and executing marketing campaigns to expand company’s reach and potential customer pipeline and its other business.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for promotion of existing products and other future products.
Rendered “ON CALL”, 24/7 for urgent inbound/outboard particularly those projects .with urgency and high priority.
Performing other duties when needed
JOB QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
With 3-5 years relevant experience as a Marketing Specialist
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel as necessary
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
