MARKETING SPECIALIST
Responsibilities
Initiate partnerships with review centers, organizations or universities offering medical-related courses
Represent the Company and Recruitment Team during Career Events
Conduct Career Orientation during recruitment events and as needed
Create and deliver effective marketing programs and campaigns
Conduct research on latest trends to identify new marketing opportunities and strategies
Collaborate with the Recruitment Supervisor, Recruitment Manager and EOs to implement strategic marketing initiatives
Work proactively with the Digital Team in requesting, analyzing and preparing materials which are needed for events and other recruitment activities
Provide analysis and comprehensive report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns, recruitment activities and events
Attain set KPI and target
Handle and coordinate with third party vendors and suppliers
Adhere to ad hoc responsibilities as needed
