Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, and other related courses
2 years of work experience in directly handling acquisition marketing programs and event management required
At least 1 year of work experience in logistics and/or directly managing driver-centric projects is a plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills - Filipino and English
Detail-oriented and highly organised
Can analyse / eager to learn about analysing big data
Self-starter, proactive, roll-up-your-sleeve attitude
Familiarity with Google applications (Google sheets, slides, etc.)
Familiarity with marketing tools (used for email marketing, sms blasts)
Basic knowledge on photo/video editing and presentation tools (Photoshop, etc.)
Knowledgeable / passionate about food and on-demand services
Job Responsibilities * Develop and monitor offline campaigns to effectively grow and strengthen engagement with drivers.
Develop and monitor online campaigns in close coordination with the Marketing Team to grow and remarket to driver leads.
Facilitate the development and execution of driver-centric promotions, monitor their progress, identify, and communicate with the team any red flags.
Provide support to Driver Operations Team with ad hoc data analysis to review campaign or promo performance.
Research about local food delivery trends and/or run user surveys to gather insights about on-the-road experiences and driver sentiments to improve marketing efforts and driver success.
Support major campaigns and events, and other crucial driver programs when needed.
Competencies * Ability to immerse - Immersion into key markets is vital to grasp how users engage with different media channels, sales promotions, and service features to be able to provide the best customer experience possible.
Problem solving - Ability to take large volumes of data, analyze trends, draw out actionable insights, run new experiments, and produce results.
Attention to detail - Accuracy in your work is essential because you constantly develop programs to grow drivers and keep them engaged. Even the smallest mistake could be the difference between a campaign's success or failure.
Quickly adapts to change - The media, food, and the logistics landscapes are constantly changing so you have to have the ability to think on your feet. When faced with changes in the market, you should be flexible enough to come up immediately with new strategies to keep pushing the company forward.
