Job Description
Responsibilities:
-Drafting and editing marketing and communications materials for internal and external audiences.
-Editing marketing collateral and client presentations
-Creating capability statements and sourcing project imagery etc
-Creating and editing PowerPoint decks
-Managing reporting needs
-Maintaining calendar of events including for all major industry associations
-Support for client and internal events including managing mailing lists and liaising with vendors
-Helping maintain relevant SharePoint material
-Creating and maintaining client databases and mailing lists in Salesforce
-Supporting meeting set-up, sometimes minute taking and follow-up for key client and internal meetings
-Working with Digital Media Adviser, creating draft social media posts for new hires
-Supporting on key client program where required
-Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience:
-Degree qualified in marketing, communications or a related discipline OR equivalant experience in marketing in a business-to-business or professional services environment.
-3-5 years' experience in a professional service, corporate or agency environment.

-Highly effective written and oral communication skills
-Extremely proficient in Word, PowerPoint and other Office 365 apps
-SharePoint and/or Salesforce CRM experience would be advantageous
-Experience in taking briefs, following processes and procedures.
-Very strong attention to detail
