C'scor Global is in need of a dynamic person to join our team who can provide day to day efficient customer experience and passionate in handling event.
Reports to the Marketing Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Ensure flawless processing of customer orders through our website & other online accounts
• Coordinate with Warehouse & Logistics team for the timely delivery of orders
• Coordinate with delivery services & courier
• Handle Customer Concerns, Product Inquiries & Follow Ups via e-mail & phone call
• Prepare reports such as but not limited to online sales & other related data
• Conduct customer feedback surveys (written, call or face to face)
• Continuously improve customer relationship for the brand
• Prepare event materials in coordination with other departments
• Facilitate ingress and egress procedures including inventory of returned stocks
• Monitor safekeeping of event materials & ensure all are in good condition
Requirements:
• Proficient in computer
• Quick in typing
• Pleasing personality
• University graduate
Candidate Must be:
• Organized & Detail Oriented
• Proactive
• Willing to Learn
• Able to Multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Patient & Understanding toward customers
• Good Communication & People Skills
Advantage:
• Knowledge of Social Media Marketing & background on Online Sales
• Work experience as a customer support & has background in events
Other Qualifications:
• Willing to work full time in Santa Cruz, Manila
• Willing to work on weekends for events (occasional)
