Job Summary
Marketing Services Expert
As a Marketing Services Expert, you will have the opportunity to drive innovation with identified customers / markets, while ensuring sustainable profitable growth for customers and Tetra Pak.
You will be reporting to the Marketing Services Manager for Asia Pacific. This role will be based in BGC, Taguig, Philippines.
What you will do
As the Marketing Services Expert, you will be responsible for the below:
Plan, lead and drive customer engagement & innovation in Asia Pacific time zone leveraging digital tools like Mural, Slido, Webex etc.
Deliver best in class marketing services from idea to implementation, leading innovation agenda using Design Thinking tools and techniques
Track customer engagement information and data in a systematic manner to ascertain business impact
Bring strong digital analytics to the extensive data, technologies, external and internal information available to promote fact-based decision making
Drive internal communication resources, deploy tools (knowledge and competence building), ensure effective implementation & maximize impact
Understand deeply categories and channels and develop related market focused activities to support strategic direction
Build marketing services capabilities for the markets he/she is responsible for by imparting trainings as required
Nurture an effective networking cross borders to secure best practices share
Utilize effectively all the tools to materialize faster customers growth; including utilization of Product Development Center (R&D)
Measures: Net sales, Product launch hit rate, Number of potential leads, and other business impact related results.

5 years of experience in a fast-paced business environment developing and facilitating training/coaching programs
Bachelor's Degree in the related field (Marketing, Business Administration)
Experience in digital engagement tools such as Mural, Slido, WebEx etc is mandatory
Must be an excellent communicator, experience of stakeholder management
Ability to work with widely diverse stakeholders and external clients
