This position is responsible for coordinating project tasks for various marketing teams at Insight.
Marketing project tasks include coordinating activities through the creative process with our internal marketing team, including copywriters, designers, and digital marketing team. In collaboration with execution teams, this role is responsible for understanding the needs of each request, making sure information is complete, prioritizing delivery dates and working with the broader team to successfully complete each project on time and to the satisfaction of the requestor. Responsibilities include:
-Manages key schedules and project timelines for a variety of marketing projects using different methods of project management including Agile (SCRUM and Kanban) and Waterfall
-Coordinates with copywriters, graphic designers and web designers and other teammates as needed to ensure on-time completion of projects
-Covers project management on weekly squad meetings with cross-functional team
-Provides reporting and metrics on projects including timelines, estimated hours (level of effort), and post project recaps
-Scopes and understands the needs of each project to effectively prioritize dates and daily tasks.
-Other duties as assigned
Education Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or business from a four-year college or university and 1-2 years' experience in project management or marketing.
-Knowledge of the following marketing tools is preferred, but not required:
Adobe Workfront and
Agile project management

Must be able to work independently and with a larger team; be a creative problem solver, energetic and enthusiastic. Will be required to be or become proficient in Adobe's Workfront project management tool. Consistently behaves in a manner that is aligned with company values and operating principles.
-Build expertise in Insight business and marketing software including MS Office 365, InsideInsight, PowerBi, Workfront, ON24 and Adobe Analytics.
-Manage multiple tasks and remain organized by utilizing the both training and the tools available to you.
-Communicate to all levels by using best practices for email, chat, social channels and verbal communications.
-Get to know Insight by serving on cross-functional teams and participating in Insight activities.
-Set personal and professional goals and work to achieve them using resources provided including Insight University, ANA, Percipio and mentors.
-Contribute always - submit ideas, share what you learn, participate in discussions. We succeed as a team.
