What you'll do:
Helps develop and implement marketing plans to expand company's footprint
Assists in competitor research and analyses
Aids in conducting market research to stay attuned to attitudinal changes within each target audience
Successfully conducts marketing campaigns following the SLA to promote the RareJob brand
Analyzes questionnaires and other forms of feedback
Maintains a marketing database
What you'll get:
PHP 17,000 - 20,000 gross monthly starting salary.
Additional PHP 2,000 allowance monthly
Bi-annual appraisal and Performance-based rate increase and bonus
Day 1 HMO benefit with one dependent, leave credits, 13th-month pay, referral monetary incentive, paid overtime and Philippine holidays
Shuttle service (fixed route along QC)*

What we'd like you to have:
Graduate of Journalism, Creative Writing, Marketing, Advertising, or any related course
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
Excellent command of the English language (Written and Oral)
Persuasive Writing
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Attention to detail
Not required, but very useful:
Work experience in the Marketing field
Social Media Marketing is a plus
Note: Please be advised that this is a Full-time Office-based position. This will temporarily be on a work-from-home setup, but will resume normal office operations once the pandemic eases. The assessment and interviews will be done purely online.
