Job Summary:
 
We are offering an exciting opportunity for motivated students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience through our On-the-Job Training (OJT) program. The program is designed to provide practical experience in Human Resources, Accounting, and Marketing, offering trainees exposure to real-world business operations. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, build your resume, and gain valuable insights into your chosen field.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing efforts.
Help develop marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and online content.
Support market research activities, including gathering and analyzing data on competitors and market trends.
Assist in organizing and promoting company events, trade shows, and other marketing activities.
Contribute to the management of social media accounts and company websites.
Qualifications:
Education: Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
Basic understanding of HR, Accounting, or Marketing principles (depending on the chosen field).
