MARKETING OFFICER - Urgent!!!
OJT Trainee (MARKETING STUDENTS)
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
A College Level or graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Drafting Technology, BA in Communication, BSBA in Advertising and Media, Marketing Management-related course or any Business related course.
Fresh Graduates are welcome.
Male/Female.
With experience in sales and marketing administration at least 1 year.
Computer literate with experience using Microsoft platform applications.
Good Negotiation or Communication Skills (written or verbal).
Oriented in Business Correspondence.
Adheres to Performance, Assessment, and Evaluation Management.
Excellent Presentation Skills with a good professional work ethic.
Must possess organization and leadership Skills.
With Multitasking Skills and can render exceptional customer service Skills.
Good Drafting, Layouts, and other digital platform skills are preferred but not necessary.
Results-driven or results-oriented, problem-solving, and analyzing Skills.
Honest, Passionate, self-oriented, and can work in a team.
Willing to go to public areas for field work if necessary to promote brand and product awareness.
With the current study load (for OJT).
 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
With an equivalent background in layouts (optional), drafting (optional), advertising, promoting, and other marketing materials.
Managing business unit operations and strong business development.
Ascertain sales achievement, minimize sales provision and product returns, and maximize profitability.
Ensuring completion and implementation of marketing plans, and sales action plans.
Managing yearly sales budget and ensuring allocated expenses are maintained within defined budgets.
Developing sales and marketing strategy.
Ensure good product management and capture new business development opportunities.
Other Marketing strategies and related duties and responsibilities.
Performs other tasks assigned by authorities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
With at least 1 year of vast experience in the related field.
At least a College Graduate in the respective field of specialization or equivalent.
Fresh graduates in College (for BOOKKEEPER) or College Level are very welcome.
With an active driver's license and driving experience ( For Driver post ).
Trainable, Flexible, and fast learner.
Must be residing in any Metro Cities of Cebu area.
Willing to work ASAP and to be assigned at Mandaue City, Cebu.
