The Marketing Manager at STT GDC Philippines plays a vital role in leading and overseeing the marketing efforts of the organization. Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, the Marketing Manager is responsible for strategizing and executing marketing campaigns, developing comprehensive marketing strategies, and enhancing the overall brand awareness and lead generation initiatives of STT GDC Philippines.
Responsibilities
Marketing Campaign Execution:
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create and optimize marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and online content.
Analyze and monitor campaign performance metrics, provide comprehensive reports, and make strategic recommendations for optimization.
Content Creation And Management
Oversee the creation of compelling content for marketing collateral, website, blog posts, social media, and other channels.
Manage the organization's online presence, ensuring timely website updates, social media postings, and consistent content publishing.
Market Research And Analysis
Conduct extensive market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape.
Analyze customer insights, comprehensive market data, and industry trends to continuously refine and innovate marketing strategies and tactics.
Stay abreast of emerging marketing technologies, tools, and best practices to keep the organization at the forefront of marketing innovation.
Brand Management
Ensure the maintenance and consistency of the STT GDC Philippines brand identity across all marketing materials and channels.
Develop and implement stringent brand guidelines, ensuring adherence across all internal and external communications.
Lead Generation And Campaign Reporting
Lead robust lead generation efforts, ensuring effective lead capture, nurturing, and tracking.
Provide detailed and insightful reports on campaign performance, including lead conversion rates, engagement metrics, and return on investment (ROI)
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the IT or data center industry.
In-depth understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
Proficiency in diverse digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and the ability to lead innovative ideas and initiatives for marketing campaigns.
Advanced design skills or experience in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a significant advantage.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret, analyze, and report on complex marketing metrics.
