Your Role
Expand your skills as a Marketing Manager by conducting regular calls for our client's customers to gather feedback on our products and services and identify any pain points they may be experiencing.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Flexible AU Dayshift
Salary Range: PHP 120,000 to PHP 170,000
Working Arrangement: Hybrid

What's required to get hired
To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of business experience in a related field, a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, and experience in market research and strategic planning. The skills we need for this role are
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets
Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Solid knowledge of digital marketing (e.g., social media, websites, etc.)
Familiarity with Google ads and Analytics
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Fluent in English writing and speaking
Comfortable with making outbound calls to customers

Here are the tasks you will tackle.
Customer service
Utilize active listening and probing techniques to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
Take note of complaints and requests from customers and record them in a timely and accurate manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement changes and improvements based on customer feedback.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude when communicating with customers.
Marketing planning
Design, implement, and improve the Orbitz marketing plan.
Design, implement, and improve the Orbitz customer advocate program.
Gather and analyze information to identify new markets, customers, and demand for products and services.
Create social media content that aligns with the marketing plan and calendar.
Conduct market research and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of products.
Conduct pricing research and analysis to ensure competitive product and service pricing.
Product development
Stay up-to-date on market trends and developments; identify needs for new products and services and make recommendations to leadership.
Collaborate in the development of new product offerings.
Marketing execution
Deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
Source new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and exceed customer expectations.
Generate new marketing qualified leads.
Coordinate marketing strategies with sales, financial, and operations departments.
Develop and track the marketing budget.
Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
Approve marketing materials, from website banners to hard-copy brochures and case studies.
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
Produce valuable and engaging content for the website and blog that attracts and converts target audiences.
Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms to extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies.
Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report findings to senior leadership.
Brand management
Prospect for new customers throughout Australia, New Zealand, and Papua New Guinea.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify areas of opportunity.
Maintain data integrity between operational and financial systems.
Promote the company brand.
Build and promote Orbitzs brand and presence in the Australian marketplace by executing marketing plans and opportunities.
Stay up-to-date and continuously expand knowledge by attending educational opportunities, conferences, workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
