Develop strategies and tactics to support Sales Team achieve their Sales Targets
Lead the company to a Superior In-store Presence with out of the box execution of creatives, merchandising, advertising and corporate marketing.
Deploying successful marketing campaigns for both Corporate, Trade and Farmers.
Responsible for Building the Marketing team from Recruitment to developing and mentoring highly competent and skilled Marketing Associates, Demand Creation Executives and Plant
Doctors
Develop and implement effective Demand Creation Strategies to increase Vast Product utilization by Farmers
Implement Effective and Efficient Prescription Model for Farmers in the collaboration with Technical Team
Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
Build strategic relationships and trade partners and End-users
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
Oversee and approve marketing designs and material.
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
Lead his demand creation team to achieve MOVE OUT sales targets
Collaborate and coordinate regularly with District Sales Managers for Sell-in and Move out Sales alignment.
Establish productive and professional relationships with all Trade partners and Farmers.
Increase and Sustain very high percentage Buying Farmers based on Crop Phases
Oversee and perform Farm research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities in the Region
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with Sore and Farmer needs
Liaise with Sales and Technical Department for Move out Execution Programs
Building and Developing FARMERS BASED NETWORK
Plan and execute strategic and efficient Field Coverage enroute to all pertinent areas
