The Marketing Manager position is accountable in effectively utilize his/her marketing expertise to plan, develop, and implement different marketing strategies and analyses for the success of the organization.
JOB QUALIFICATION:
-Must at least 5 years and above of total work experience in the related field.
-Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Proven experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns
-Experience in social media management, copywriting, and e-commerce platforms
-Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
-Metrics-driven with an eye for creativity
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provides leadership in the marketing team and comes up with different marketing strategies
that are aligned with the company objectives and goals.
Promote a business, product, or service
Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers
and retain existing ones.
Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the
results of campaigns.
Manage and coordinate marketing and creative staff
Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies.
Works collaboratively across departments to ensure the implementation and development of
integrated marketing initiatives and strategies.
Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas
to improve brand marketing and exposure.
Responsible in branding by conceptualizing ideas, strategies, and procedures in promoting a
strong and positive perception of the company.
Conducts different strategies for social media marketing.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
Plans and drives different promotions programs by online advertising using social media and
creating promotional videos.
Reports developed plans and insights to the general manager and the team through email,
phone calls, and meetings.
Educates team members on different marketing strategies and procedures.
Establishing and developing good working relationships with the customers and partner
clients.
