Description:
Ø Prepare marketing strategy and write action plans to attain specific objectives.
Ø Measure, analyze and evaluate programs as required. Supervise store level merchandising, media, events and community relations, promotions and local advertising.
Ø Coordinating all internal and external marketing and promotional efforts including merchandising, community relations, public relations, information, events, and demos.
Ø They measure, evaluate, and analyze the marketing programs as and when needed.
Ø Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.
Ø Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers' expectations and to build the credibility of brands
Ø Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports
Ø Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
Ø Meeting with clients and working with colleagues across multiple departments (such as marketing adjuncts, marketing managers and chief marketing agents)
Ø Managing budgets and a team of junior adjuncts
Ø Organizing events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots.
Requirements:
Ø Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Related Field.
Ø With at least 2- 5 years practices in Sales and Marketing.
Ø With practices in Planning and implementing Sales Strategies.
Ø Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Customer service expertise.
